Speaking & Facilitation

NOT YOUR TYPICAL SPEAKER. . . NOT YOUR TYPICAL TALK.

Here's what most event organizers quietly dread: booking a speaker who shows up with a polished deck, delivers the same talk they've given a hundred times, gets a polite round of applause — and is forgotten by the time attendees hit the parking lot.

Your audience deserves better than that.

I bring something genuinely different to every stage, offsite, and gathering I step into. Think less "keynote from behind a podium" and more pulling up a chair in your living room — warm, wildly human, and with enough depth to actually change something. The kind of experience that lands in the body, not just the mind.

The kind people are still talking about weeks later.

With twenty years of experience as a therapist, coach and facilitator — and a TEDx talk on navigating uncertainty (recording coming soon online) — I bring the rare combination of professional depth, lived wisdom, and genuine presence that makes an audience feel truly met.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU FEEL IN THE ROOM

Most speakers inform. These talks transform.

Every engagement begins with a real conversation — about your audience, your vision, and what this particular moment is asking for.

Because the most impactful experiences aren't canned.

They're crafted.

This isn't about delivering content. It's about creating an experience — one that weaves together science, experience and authentic humanity to shift something real for the people in the room.

The result isn't just a good event. It's an audience that leaves genuinely different — more connected, more clear, and more capable of meeting whatever life brings.

"FEW PEOPLE CAN HOLD SPACE AS POWERFULLY ONE ON ONE AS THEY CAN FOR AN ENTIRE ROOM. MEGHAN HAS A RARE ABILITY TO GET TO THE HEART OF WHAT TRULY MATTERS, GUIDING PEOPLE INTO THE DEEP WORK THAT CREATES REAL BREAKTHROUGHS."

Signature Talks & Experiences

All talks are available as keynotes, workshops, or immersive retreat experiences — and are always customized to the audience and context.

UNSHAKEABLE: THE POWER OF CONNECTION WHEN EVERYTHING IS CRUMBLING

The ground keeps moving. The news cycle won't quit. And most of us are quietly running on empty trying to keep up with it all. This talk isn't about toxic positivity or pretending the chaos isn't real. It's about something more honest — and more useful. Drawing on neuroscience, somatic wisdom, and deeply personal storytelling, Meghan explores why chronic uncertainty shuts down the very thinking we need most — and what we can actually reach for when the old ways of coping stop working. Audiences leave with: *Practical tools for regulating their nervous systems — individually and collectively — in real time *Three evidence-based directions of connection that restore creative capacity and reduce overwhelm *A genuinely different relationship with uncertainty — one that keeps them moving forward rather than shutting down Best for: leadership gatherings, wellness summits, organizational offsites & community events

IMAGINAL LEADERSHIP: HOW TO LEAD WHEN THE OLD STORIES NO LONGER WORK.

The organizations and leaders that will thrive in the coming decade aren't the ones with the best strategic plans - They're the ones who learn to access a different kind of intelligence — one that knows how to move WITH change rather than against it. Through sharing the IMAGINE framework, this talk makes a compelling, science-based, case for a more human, more creative, and ultimately more effective approach to living and leading in the in-between — when the old map has run out and the new one hasn't been drawn yet. Audiences leave with: *A clear understanding of why conventional change management is falling short — and what's needed instead *A practical framework for building cultures that adapt, innovate, and thrive under pressure *A new way of thinking about leadership as a practice of evolution & becoming, not just a set of intellectual skills to acquire Best for: leadership conferences, organizational offsites, HR and L&D events, summits, and executive retreats

RE-STORY YOUR LIFE: HOW TO STOP LIVING THE STORY YOU LEARNED TO FINALLY LIVE THE ONE YOU CHOOSE

Most of us are living a story we didn't consciously choose. We inherited it — and then got really good at performing it. Until one day, it stopped fitting. This talk guides audiences through a practical and deeply felt exploration of how to release the story that no longer fits, access the deeper intelligence of who they actually are, and begin writing — and living — THEIR story. Audiences leave with: *A powerful reframe of transition and uncertainty as the beginning of becoming — not a sign of failure *Practical tools for accessing their own inner wisdom and creative intelligence *A renewed sense of agency, direction, and possibility — even in the midst of ongoing challenge & change Best for: personal growth summits, leadership retreats, conscious business gatherings, wellness events, and women's conferences

What shifts in the room doesn't
stay in the room.
