Questions?

GOOD, I FIGURED YOU MIGHT HAVE SOME. . .

WHAT IS IMAGINAL CHANGE?

Imaginal Change is an approach to navigating uncertainty, transition, and becoming — rooted in the understanding that the disruption and change we're experiencing isn't just a problem to be solved. It's an invitation to reorganize ourselves, our relationships, and our communities around something truer, more creative, and more alive. The name comes from the imaginal cells in a butterfly's transformation — cells that carry the blueprint for what's becoming, even while everything around them is still dissolving. When they find each other and work together, transformation becomes inevitable. Imaginal Change draws on Human Design, applied neuroscience, somatic intelligence, and creative/imaginal intelligence to help individuals, leaders, and teams navigate change from the inside out — rather than forcing their way through it.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY OR TRADITIONAL COACHING?

Great question! — and an important one. Therapy is most often diagnosis or problem-oriented, focused on healing past wounds and treating specific conditions. If you're working through trauma, managing a diagnosis, or addressing a specific mental health concern, therapy is the right path. Please note: I am no longer a licensed therapist and do not provide therapy services. Traditional coaching tends to be future-oriented — which is great — but often still operates from a "fix it fast" or "hack your way to clarity" mindset. Many coaching models are built around forcing solutions, optimizing schedules, and pushing through uncertainty as quickly as possible. My work blends the future-oriented focus of coaching with something deeper — practical tools for connecting with your own inner wisdom, a more emergent and less forced approach, and a genuine honoring of the process. In my experience, this is actually far more effective at helping people arrive at a truly aligned and sustainable place of thriving — not just another version of where they already were. . . in a new costume.

WHAT IS HUMAN DESIGN AND HOW DO YOU USE IT?

Human Design is a system for archetypal self-understanding — and one of the most powerful tools I've encountered in twenty years of working with people navigating change and becoming. Unlike tools like the Enneagram, StrengthsFinder, or Myers-Briggs — require self-assessment, answering questions based on who we think we are and how we've learned to show up — Human Design is based solely on your birth information. No questionnaire. No self-reporting. Just a detailed map of your original design, generated from the moment you arrived. I know. Just birth information. I was skeptical too. But here's what I've learned: sometimes when something works — really, consistently, undeniably works — it's worth setting the skepticism aside and going with it. Again and again, I watch clients and groups encounter their Human Design and arrive at a depth of self-understanding that years of personal development work couldn't come close to touching. It gets to the root of things — fast. That distinction matters more than it might seem. Most of us have spent years — decades, even — learning to be who our families, cultures, and experiences needed us to be. Self-assessments often measure that learned version of ourselves rather than the original one beneath it. Human Design goes deeper. It illuminates your greatest gifts, your most common challenges, and practical strategies for decision-making, relating, and contributing in ways that are genuinely aligned with how you're designed. In my work, I use it as a practical, living tool — not a rigid label. It helps illuminate where you're operating from your deepest alignment versus where you're running someone else's program. The result? Less friction, more flow, and a much clearer sense of who you're actually here to be.

WHAT IS A CLARITY CALL AND DO I NEED ONE?

A Clarity Call is a short conversation before we begin any ongoing work together — whether that's the six-month mentorship, a group wayfinding experience, or an immersive retreat. This isn't a sales call. It's a genuine conversation to explore whether this work — and whether I specifically — am the right fit for where you are and what you're navigating. I believe deeply in working with the right people at the right time, because that's when the real magic happens. The Clarity Call is how we find that out together. Single Wayfinding Sessions, however, can be booked directly without a Clarity Call.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH OFFERING IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Here's a simple guide: If you're navigating a specific moment of transition, decision, or stuck-ness and need focused support — a Single Imaginal Wayfinding Session is a great place to start. If you're ready for deeper, sustained transformation over time — reorganizing your life, leadership, and impact around who you actually are — the Imaginal Wayfinding Mentorship is likely your path. If you want a fully immersive, sacred day designed entirely around you and your unique Human Design — an Immersive Wayfinding Retreat is for you. If you're looking to bring this work to a team, organization, or group — Group & Team Wayfinding or Speaking & Facilitation is where we start. Still not sure? Book a Clarity Call and we'll figure it out together.

wHAT IS THE FINANCIAL INVESTMENT TO WORK TOGETHER?

I believe in transparency — because it's respectful. Here's what you need to know: Single Wayfinding Sessions: start at $222 per session — bookable directly online. Imaginal Wayfinding Mentorship & Coaching: Six-month containers begin at $5,500. Immersive Wayfinding Retreats: Investment begins at $2,500 for a half day and increases based on duration, location, and focus. Group, Team & Organizational Experiences: Custom-designed based on your needs, vision, and scope. A proposal will be sent after your clarity call. Speaking & Facilitation: Varies based on event, format, and scope. Reach out to start the conversation.

DO YOU WORK VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON?

Both — depending on the offering. Wayfinding Sessions are held by phone — intentionally. Phone creates a focused, inward space that video calls simply don't. No screens, no distractions, just presence. Immersive Wayfinding Retreats are held in person — typically at a carefully chosen location designed to support the depth of the work. Group and team experiences are strongly preferred in person, though ongoing virtual support and coaching is available. Speaking and facilitation engagements are available both in person and virtually.

ARE YOU STILL A LICENSED THERAPIST?

No — and that's intentional. I hold a master's degree in community counseling and spent years working as a therapist before leaving that paradigm to do something more expansive. I am not currently a licensed therapist and do not provide therapeutic or diagnostic services any longer. Here's how I think about the difference: therapy is a powerful and important path — particularly for those working through specific wounds, diagnoses, or mental health concerns that need dedicated clinical support. It's necessary and valuable work. My current work sits somewhere different. We absolutely acknowledge what isn't working, honor the patterns of the past, and “tip our hat” to what's brought you here or kept you stuck. But then we “dance” with what IS working, what you want more of, and who you're becoming. This work is deeply empowering and inherently healing — not because we're focused on fixing wounds, but because stepping into your fullest, most aligned self has that effect. Wholeness is the destination — it's just that we get there through becoming who you're actually here to be, rather than focusing on fixing what's broken.
